Hey! Join me thru my typical Ashtanga Yoga morning practice, I don't always practice on the deck, but it sure is a treat when I do! I'm loving the hydrangea eye candy this time of year! This is the fist half of the 2nd Series of Ashtanga Yoga. Some mornings are tighter then others as you may or may not notice this is one of those mornings LOL so I cut out a little early! I sped it up pretty fast, you can even see Lucie our cat prancing around, and Calla our daughter loving her up and playing with her trucks!

This is a short super sweet time lapse yoga video of what it's like in our house on a typical morning, trying to do Yoga with a 3 year old. We hope you get a kick out of the silly things that go on!! Trying to do Yoga with your Toddler climbing on you isn't always easy but it sure is fun to watch LOL!! Kids sure are funny!!
