Beach Yoga

Beach Yoga is done for the season but we will be offering the occasional Pop-Up class as weather allows! Dates listed below!

Pop -Up Beach Yoga Dates:

~Saturday September 9th 8-9am

Cost is $15 cash or Venmo, Kids 12 and under $10, bring a large beach towel, water and a pair of sunglasses or a hat, and meet us on the sand.

Have an unlimited monthly pass? Join us for just $10!

There is ample free parking till 10am. This is an all levels class perfect for beginners and seasoned Yogi’s, all ages welcome.

No need to sign up just show up 5/10 minutes early, to sign the wavier if not already in our system.

*Cancellations due to weather will be posted on our website 20 minutes or more prior to class time.

Please note we will not hold class if temperature or wind is not conducive to a pleasant experience or if there is a threat of lighting nearby. If forecast temps are below 55º or winds in excess of 15/20mph we may cancel, be sure to check our website. We want your experience to be a comfortable enjoyable one!

We can design the class to meet your needs, Beginners, Yin, Vinyassa Flow, Restorative etc.

We can hold the class on our usual favorite spot in Bethany, on the beach near your house or rental, in your home or back yard.
