Through slow, grounding Yin postures paired with the soothing vibrations of crystal singing bowls, we’ll create space to soften, unwind, and let go of what no longer serves. Held in the warm glow of candlelight, you’ll be guided into stillness and deep restoration—inviting clarity, emotional balance, and deep inner recalibration.

Sound healing is a deeply restorative practice that uses vibration and frequency to bring the body, mind, and spirit back into harmony.
