Your home for the week
Perched above the Caribbean on the secluded eastern end of Roatán, it feels like a world away from the ordinary.
This beautiful boutique resort sits on 22 acres surrounded by tropical nature, dramatic coastline, hidden coves and brilliant Caribbean water. The property itself is part of the adventure, with beaches, trails, rocky outcroppings, little coves and places to stop, wander, swim or simply sit and take it all in.
You'll have your own comfortable room with air conditioning, private bathroom, mini-fridge, coffee maker and—most importantly—your own private balcony overlooking the Caribbean.
Yoga With the Caribbean as Your Backdrop
Imagine practicing yoga high above the sea with the sound of waves below you and the Caribbean stretching toward the horizon.
Our home base for yoga is a beautiful open-air movement space perched high above the property with sweeping views of the Caribbean, barrier reef and island. The pavilion was specifically designed for yoga, meditation and movement and offers approximately 1,200 square feet of open practice space.
We'll begin our days with movement, breath and intention—and wind down with slower practices designed to help you release the day.
The Caribbean Is Your Backyard
You don't have to get in a car or board a boat to find beautiful water.
The Mesoamerican Barrier Reef lies just offshore, and snorkeling is available directly from the property. There are two natural beaches, private coves and numerous places to swim, explore and soak up the sun.
Pool Time
Sometimes the best plan is no plan at all. Spend the day, going from a swim in the Caribbean to a swim in the pool and repeat. The pool is built into a dramatic two-story stone rock formation right on the edge of the Beach. Fed by a natural-style waterfall, this filtered plunge pool offers panoramic views of the turquoise Caribbean Sea. Guests can effortlessly transition from sunbathing on the beach to cooling off in the refreshing water, surrounded by tropical landscaping, comfortable loungers, and expansive stone and wooden sun decks.
A Little Wild. A Lot Beautiful.
There are approximately 1.5 kilometers of nature trails to explore, including paths along the seaside bluff and coastline.
Wander after breakfast. Find a hammock. Follow a trail. Watch the sunset. Or don't do any of it. That's the beauty of having nowhere else to be.
Come Hungry. Leave Nourished.
One of the best parts of retreat is letting someone else take care of the details.
Your stay includes three meals every day, afternoon snacks, unlimited bottled water, soft drinks, tea and coffee.
The restaurant sits high above the water with views overlooking the beaches, reef, surrounding hills and Caribbean Sea. The resort describes its menu as focused on wholesome, nourishing choices designed to support energy and well-being, with an emphasis on seafood and Honduran flavors
Breakfast with the sea breeze. Lunch after a morning in the water. Dinner as the day begins to soften.
Yoga Is Only Part of the Adventure
Roatán gives us plenty of opportunities to get out, explore and experience the island together.
We've chosen a few special adventures that let us experience some of the island's wildlife, water and natural beauty.
Snorkel
We'll head out for a local snorkeling adventure and experience Roatán from the water.
Boat trip to Pigeon Cay
We'll head out by boat on this 90 minute journey to the remote Pigeon Cays, where white sand, crystal-clear Caribbean water and incredible snorkeling await. The duration can vary slightly depending on weather and sea conditions, but the journey itself is a major highlight of the excursion. The route takes you along Roatán's dramatic eastern coastline, navigates through the lush, winding Helene Mangrove Canal, and passes the historic bays of Port Royal before crossing over to the pristine beaches of Pigeon Cay.
The Pigeon Cays are part of the Bay Islands' spectacular reef environment, and excursions to the area can include snorkeling around the cays and encounters with tropical marine life, weather and water conditions permitting.
Mangroves
We'll venture out by boat into Roatán's peaceful mangrove waterways, winding through a different side of the island. Surrounded by lush greenery and calm water, it's a chance to experience the natural beauty and wildlife of Roatán from a whole new perspective.
Sunset on the Caribbean
As the day begins to fade, we'll head out on the water for a sunset cruise. Watch the colors change across the sky as the sun slips toward the horizon, with the Caribbean stretching out in every direction.
Bonfire & Garifuna Culture
We'll gather together for an evening bonfire and a special Garifuna cultural experience. Enjoy the music and warmth of the fire as we learn a little about the rich Garifuna culture and traditions that are an important part of Roatán's history.
It's an evening to come together, listen, connect, laugh, and experience a little more of the island beyond its beautiful beaches.
Day of exploring/shopping on the West end of the Island
You won't find any large commercial malls, duty-free chains, or designer luxury brands here. Instead, the village is lined with charming, independent shops highlighting local artisan talent and eco-friendly designs.

Frequently asked questions…

The U.S. Department of State explicitly exempts Roatán and the Bay Islands from the travel restrictions applied to mainland Honduras. Our home base for the week is located on the island's quieter, pristine East End. Celebrated for its secluded and tranquil atmosphere, this area sits far removed from crowded cruise ports and busy tourist hubs. It serves as a private, secure sanctuary dedicated to wellness and relaxation, where guest safety and peace of mind remain absolute priorities. While the resort and its surrounding beaches truly feel like a private paradise, we always recommend practicing standard travel common sense—such as keeping track of personal belongings, leaving flashy jewelry at home, and avoiding displays of wealth—to ensure a completely worry-free experience.
