Pilates Core Stability for 50+ Women

Core Stability for Life with Lori Oakley 6-week program begins Wednesday, March 25 thru April 29 11-12pm cost is $150 for all 6 sessions. Build strength at your center. Move with ease and confidence.

Core Stability for Life is a gentle yet strengthening 6-week Pilates mat journey created especially for women 50+ who want to feel steady, supported, and deeply connected to their bodies.

In this welcoming small-group series, we’ll move with intention and breath, focusing on the deep muscles that support your spine, pelvis, and posture. Through mindful movement, you’ll cultivate core strength, improve balance, enhance flexibility, and build awareness from the inside out.

Each participant receives a simple postural assessment and individualized guidance to ensure movements feel safe, aligned, and supportive for your unique body.
This is not about intensity or pushing harder.
It’s about reconnecting to your center, strengthening what truly supports you, and creating stability you can carry into everyday life.

Pilates Fundamentals for Yoga Teachers


Learn the 5 principles of Stott Pilates postural analysis, the 41 foundational mat exercises and the intermediate/advanced poses with time to practice, explore, and ask questions.

From 2-5pm 

Cost is $250 for all 3 sessions

You will be able to register for 9 CE credits thru Yoga Alliance upon completion

"I’ve spent over 30 years pursuing my passion for helping people feel better in their bodies. My husband and I ran a 25,000 square foot fitness facility for two decades. I've led countless classes, trained instructors, and built wellness programs that served thousands of lives. I fell in love with Pilates in 1997, and was trained in Stott/Merrithew mat and reformer Pilates. I began practicing yoga in 2001, which led me to pursue my RYT- 200 Yoga certification with Kim Valeri at YogaSpirit Studio in Massachusetts. I incorporate both practices in my personal wellness care, which helps me to continue to live my best life!"
