This heart-opening Vinyasa practice invites you to move with gratitude, breathe deeply, and honor your body before the celebrations begin. We’ll flow, stretch, and settle into stillness with a guided meditation that leaves you feeling centered, light, and ready to share your heart — and your meal — with joy.

Begin your Thanksgiving morning with 75 minutes of gentle, heart-centered movement and mindful reflection. This slow, grounding flow invites you to release tension, breathe deeply, and open to the spirit of gratitude. We’ll close with a guided gratitude meditation and quiet reflection to help you carry a sense of peace, appreciation, and presence into the rest of your day.
