Tai Chi and Qigong for Health

Join Marianne Walch for Tai Chi and Qigong

Tai Chi and Qigong are mind-body practices designed to cultivate life force energy, or “Qi.” Consisting of fluid, gentle movements that are relaxed and slow in tempo, they are a powerfully holistic approach to better health. Tai Chi can be practiced almost anywhere and is a suitable form of exercise for just about anyone, regardless of age or fitness level. Benefits include improved strength and balance, stress relief, flexibility, better organ function, and improved concentration. Plus, it’s fun and easy to learn!
